     Products that have been in your possession for more than 7 days, products with the tag removed, products with defects caused by your mistake, and products involved in secondary transactions are not eligible for a refund.



  • [All] When will the exchanged product be delivered after sending the product?

    Once we receive and inspect the product you want to exchange, we will send you the tracking number when the delivery process begins.



  • [All] What products can be exchanged?

     Only the same product as the one you purchased can be exchanged. However, if it's out of stock, exchange won't be possible.
