    If you wish to cancel an order before payment, please request the cancellation of the order with the product and order number by contacting the customer center at cs@sansangear.com, and we will assist with the cancellation process.

    The refund for the product you wish to return will be processed after receiving and inspecting the product, and it will take approximately 3-5 days.

    After logging into the official website, go to Mypage, select the order for which you want to request a return, and submit the return request. We will process the return after verifying it.

    You can request a refund for products placed in the initial polybag, without removing the tag and without wearing them, within 7 days from the date of receipt.

    Exchange is possible for products placed in the initial polybag, without removing the tag, within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that they were purchased from the official website.

    For the exchange process, please include the exchange shipping fee (6,000 KRW) with the product and place it in front of your shipping address. The delivery person will contact you and arrange for the pick-up.

    The anti-static powder can be easily brushed off and is a harmless edible powder for humans.

    Exchange and refund are not possible due to this.
