    After logging in to the official website, go to Mypage, select the order you want to return, and request the return. We will process the return after verifying it.

    You can request a refund for products placed in the initial polybag, without removing the tag and without wearing them, within 7 days from the date of receipt.

    After we receive and inspect the product you want to refund, the refund process will take approximately 3-5 days.
